Transfer Rumours - 18/07/12

Andre Schurrle

Bayer Leverkusen last week rejected a £16million bid for the German youngster and Chelsea are understood to be very willing to up their offer. However, Leverkusen wish to keep him for atleast another season.

Oscar

Brazil's Olympic star is understood to be the subject of a £25million agreed fee, he has arrived in London to compete at the Olympics and apparently, could undergo a medical while he is here.

Lucas Moura

Sao Paulo have clamed they rejected a 38million Euro bid for the Midfielder from Manchester United. Other news sites say United are close to agreeing a deal.

Robin Van Persie

RVP's saga continues as it is understood bids for the hitman have been recieved by Arsenal. Manchester City, Manchester United, PSG an Juventus are all names that have been mentioned as suitors.

Clint Dempsey

Fulham have denied they recieved a bid for the American midfielder, Liverpool and manager Brandan Rodgers are understood to be interested with Rodgers a long term admirer.

Filippo Inzaghi

After leaving AC Milan this Summer, the Italian stalwart is a free agent and Championship side Watford, with Gianfranco Zola as their new manager, are supposedly attempting to manufacture a deal.

Mathieu Debuchy

Lille's star defender has once again reiterated his deire to leave this Summer. Newcastle is suppused to be his next destination however Lille will wish to keep him for another year.

Michael Owen

Released my Manchester United this Summer, Owen is on the lookour for a new club. Taking to Twitter this week, he claims he is nw close to finding a new side with Stoke understood to be the new favourites.

Luc Castaignos

The Dutch youngster, currently at Inter Milan only made 6 appearances last season and Everton and West Ham are understood to be interested. However, they face possible competition from Sporting Lisbon.

Robert Snodgrass

Leeds have rejected a bid from Norwich for their captain, however it is likely that should a good enough offer come in, they may be forced to accept the deal. Midlesborough are also apparently watching the situation.

Modibo Maiga

Sochaux's striker is close to a move to London to join West Ham. This deal was rumoured last week an is now supposedly close to a deal being agreed.

Romelu Lukaku

Chelsea's young Belgian didn't see much action last season and now, Fulham have apparently opened talks over a loan move for the Striker. Having lost Andy Johnson and Orlando Sa this summer in addition to the end of Pavel Pogrebnyak's loan, Fulham need a striker, and this could be a fairly cheap option.

Joe Allen

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is a well known admirer of the Welsh midfielder currently at Swansea, However Swansea maintain they haven't recieved any bids for their star player.
